Clinical Incentives
Indian Health Services (I.H.S.) offers up to $50,000 in loan repayment and can be combined with Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF), allowing your work payments to count toward PSLF's 120-payment requirement.
- Full-time positions offer a $20,000 sign-on incentive for an initial two-year commitment, or $45,000 sign-on for three years (or more) of a service commitment.

- Indian Health Services (I.H.S.) Loan Repayment Program offers up to $50,000 towards qualifying educational loans. I.H.S. - National Health Services Corps (NHSC) LRP offers up to $75,000 towards qualifying educational loans for a three-year service commitment for health care professionals who provide outpatient primary care services.
- Arizona State Loan Repayment Program (AZSLRP) loan repayment assistance to health care professionals who provide outpatient primary care services in designated Health Professional Shortage Areas (HPSA) in the State of Arizona, including FDIHB, Inc. AZSLRP offers up to $65,000 towards qualifying educational loans for a two-year service commitment in an outpatient setting for full-time Physicians and Dentists. AZSLRP offers up to $50,000 towards qualifying educational loans for a two-year service commitment in an outpatient setting for full-time Advanced Practice Clinicians, Behavioral Health Providers and Pharmacists.
- Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF): I.H.S. LRP, NHSC LRP, or AZLRP can be strategically integrated into your Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) plan. The payments you make while working could potentially be applied toward your 120 qualifying payments for PSLF.
- Hospital pays State Licensure, BLS, ACLS, PALS & NRP.
