FDIHB 2026 Flu & COVID Vaccine Clinic Schedule
Fort Defiance Indian Hospital Board, Inc. will be providing influenza (flu) vaccine clinics on the following days & sites (all times MDT):
Regular Clinic Hours
Tséhootsooí Medical Center (TMC) & Nahata’Dziil Health Center (NDHC)
Pediatric Clinic
- Appointment preferred/ Walk-ins based on availability
- Parents/Guardians of the patient will also be offered a flu shot in the Pediatric Clinic
Primary Care Clinic
- Tséhootsooí Medical Center - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. | Thursday: 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.
- Saturday Vaccine Clinic: 9 a.m. – 2 p.m. | October 10 & 17, November 7 & 14
- Nahata’Dziil Health Center | Monday - Friday: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. (Closed 8 a.m. – 10 a.m. on the last Thursday of the month)
Community Vaccine Sites
Walk-In (No appointment required)
- FDIHB Mobile Health Clinic | Flu: 5 years old & older + COVID: 18 years old & older
- Bashas’ Diné Market | Window Rock, AZ - Flu: 5 years old & Older + COVID: 12 years old & older
- October 12, 15, 21 & 28 | 9 a.m. - 1 p.m.
- "Trail of Treats" Event | NTUA HQ, Fort Defiance, AZ - Flu: 5 years old & Older + COVID: 12 years old & older
- October 31, 2026 | 3 p.m. - 6 p.m.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
A parent or legal guardian must accompany children under 18 years old.
- Services are available to individuals who live within the communities FDIHB serves and have established Patient Medical Records at Tséhootsooí Medical Center or Nahata’Dziil Health Center.
