The Winter Fitness Throwdown is a fitness challenge!
Bring a partner and team up to test your fitness. You will tag team with your partner to complete the 3 workouts of the day (WOD).
Workout 1
AMRAP in 10 minutes of:
- 10 Dumbbell Snatch (Alternating 5 each hand) 35/25 20/10
- 50 Meter Sprint
Workout 2
AMRAP in 10 Minutes of:
-10 Deadlift 185/125 135/95
-5 Burpee
-10 Sit-up
Workout 3
5 Rounds
1 minute at each station
-Medicine Ball Squat
-Hand Release Pushup
-Box Step Over
-Sumo Deadlift High Pull 75/55 45/35
-Push Press (Shoulder Press) 75/55 45/35
