Join us for a winter Health & Wellness Expo this December 22nd at Ft. Defiance Chapter House! Education booths will be available throughout the event. Breakout sessions will consist of Healthy Warriors at 10:30am, S.A.I.L. at 11:30am and Zumba at 12:30pm. This is a FREE event for all ages!
