New/Renewal Membership process takes about 20 minutes to complete. Intake paperwork and orientation video must be completed before utilizing the fitness facility.

Our month-to-month memberships are flexible to fit your lifestyle and fitness goals. All memberships and drop-in rates include unlimited access to all classes and equipment during operation hours.

⚠️ 13+ years and older age limit, Parent/Legal Guardian must be present at the initial visit and annual update to complete paperwork for 13–17 year old youth members. ID or document to verify youth member’s age is required.

Please come prepared, classes start promptly. For your safety, do not start a class that is in progress. Classes are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Group Fitness Classes: Instructor-led classes focus on cardio, strength, endurance, flexibility and dance. Various classes offered monthly. Check class descriptions for best fit. Classes start on time - arrive prepared and don't join classes in progress. Included with membership.
  • Stay Active and Independent for Life (SAIL): An evidence-based fitness program that helps adults maintain independence and reduce fall risk through strength, balance, and fitness exercises.
  • Education Classes: The educational calendar offers health and wellness topics to help community members, patients, and employees develop knowledge and skills for making positive lifestyle changes.

Muscle-Mania!: Join us and come test your muscular endurance with 3 timed sets of pre-determined weights for men and women of Pull (Deadlift) and Push (Shoulder/Push Press) for reps. Registration is from 5:00pm-5:45pm. Event starts at 6pm.

Wellness Department

Clinical Wellness Program

The Wellness Department offers referral-based Clinical Personal Training (CPT) programs. All referrals are reviewed and based on criteria designed for patient safety. Patients can be referred by their TMC or NDHC Primary Care Provider and must meet the Eligible to Participate Criteria for a CPT Program.

Referrals from outside entities (non-FDIHB service providers) are NOT accepted.

Program Length

Approximately 12-14 weeks with appointments being 1-2x per week based on program enrollment.

Benefits of Program Completion

Patient will receive benefits and discounted gym membership for life after successful completion of a CPT program.
