Health Information Management (HIM) is under Revenue Cycle Management Department within the Finance Division. HIM is entrusted with safeguarding patient medical records (paper chart and electronic format) for medical services provided within Fort Defiance Indian Hospital Board, Inc. (FDIHB) facilities.

Sun Run Series is every Tuesday and Thursday in August 2026. Locations will alternate between the Navajo Nation Museum and St. Michaels Mission. Registration is from 4:40am-5:30am and the run/walk starts at 4:45am. August 4th, 13th, 18th, & 27th will be at the NN Museum. August 6th, 11th, 20th, & 25th will be at St. Michaels Mission.
