Health Information Management (HIM) is under Revenue Cycle Management Department within the Finance Division. HIM is entrusted with safeguarding patient medical records (paper chart and electronic format) for medical services provided within Fort Defiance Indian Hospital Board, Inc. (FDIHB) facilities.

Formally known as Contract Health Services, “Purchased/Referred Care” (PRC) is a benefit to the American Indians and Alaskan Natives that provides funding for referred medical services not available at an IHS or tribal facility.

Public Health Nutrition invites you to their Grow with Us gardening course on Tuesday, July 14, from 5pm-8pm at the Nihi Dine'é Bá Wellness Center.
Fe-eling good Cooking class is Wednesday, July 15th from 6pm-8pm MDT at the Nihi Dine'é Bá Wellness Center.
Youth athletes are invited to participate in one of two camps on Sports Injury Prevention! The deadline to register is July 17th. Parents/Guardians can register their child by coming in person to the Nihi Dine'é Bá Wellness Center to complete a registration form.
