Target Heart Rate Zones

Knowing your target heart rate zone is important because it helps you exercise at the correct intensity to meet specific fitness goals, such as improving cardiovascular health, building endurance, or burning fat. It provides a way to ensure your workout is not too easy or too hard, preventing overexertion and helping you gauge your progress over time. Taught by Kayla Clark, Lead Fitness Specialist.
