The Human Resources (HR) Division at FDIHB, Inc. is committed to supporting the mission and vision of the corporation by challenging all employees to achieve a level of excellence and commitment resulting in efficient, effective and compassionate care for our patients. The HR Division consists of HR support and Benefits, Employee Relations, Medical Recruiting, Security and Switchboard Operations.

Our HR team is an advocate for creating a respectful and inclusive workplace. Our role is to work in strategic partnership with all leaders and support them in carrying out their human resources management responsibilities.
