🏃🏼♀️🚶🏽 5:30pm: Start of walk/run Early detection of breast cancer is important and can help increase the success of treatment and survival rates of breast cancer.
Early detection saves lives! Monitor your breasts and perform a self-exam, or talk with your doctor about formal screening through a mammogram, breast MRI, or clinical breast exam.
Women should be screened for breast cancer every other year starting at age 40. This month, let’s recognize the importance of breast self-awareness by knowing our bodies and practicing regular self-exams. Don’t forget to encourage your loved one to do the same.
