Fort Defiance Indian Hospital Board (FDIHB) will be conducting necessary maintenance on our Electronic Health Records (EHR) system from April 4th at 3 am to April 5th at 3 am. The Pharmacy and Laboratory outpatient service will be CLOSED on Saturday, April 4, 2026

Planned Electronic Health Records Down Time Scheduled for April 4, 2026 - Tséhootsooí Medical Center Pharmacy and Laboratory CLOSED.
FORT DEFIANCE, AZ – Fort Defiance IndianHospital Board (FDIHB) will be conducting necessary maintenance on ourElectronic Health Records (EHR) system from April 4th at 3am to April 5th at3am. The following outpatient service will be CLOSED on Saturday,April 4, 2026:
- Pharmacy outpatient services including Audiocare phonerefill service | CLOSED. Audiocare will not be accessible from 3 a.m. April 4 to3 a.m. April 5th. Pharmacy outpatient service will reopen on Monday,April 6, 2026
- Laboratory outpatient services | CLOSED. Laboratoryoutpatient services will reopen on Monday, April 6, 2026
Patients are encouraged to plan ahead and address their Laboratory and Pharmacy needs before this downtime.
During this time, patient care will continue to be available in Emergency Department, and Inpatient Services.Please be aware that this downtime may lead to longer wait times in theEmergency Department.
